Rich Harrison has held various management roles within Belron and is currently the Regional Vice President, Midwest, responsible for operating Auto Glass Specialists. 

Talking about the appointments, Gary Lubner said: “I am delighted with Rich Harrison’s appointment to the position of CEO at Belron, Inc.  Rich has both extensive worldwide experience with Belron and significant experience in the US AGRR industry over the last 15 years.  I believe he is uniquely positioned to leverage Belron’s global strengths into the US, as he has recently demonstrated in his current position of Regional Vice President, Midwest.  Rich will bring to this position a proven track record of implementing changes that produce results.  In less than a year he was able to turn around Auto Glass Specialists, which was highly unprofitable, into a healthy and profitable business.  I have no doubt that Rich will succeed as Belron’s CEO in the US.”

Wes Topping was the founder, principal owner and CEO of Elite Auto Glass Inc. and GlasPro, the regional vehicle glass repair and replacement company headquartered in Denver, Colorado.  Belron acquired the business in 2005 and he stayed on as the CEO of Belron, Inc. 

Gary added: “I am very pleased Wes has agreed to stay on as Chairman of Belron, Inc. and we are looking forward to continuing to benefit from his many years of experience and excellent relationships within the US AGRR industry.  In addition to being an industry leader, Wes has built a strong regional brand that has proven to be a market leader.  We truly appreciate his contribution.”
