At the highest levels, this may involve taking calculated entrepreneurial risks and decisive action. Innovation Demonstrating a willingness to challenge existing ways of doing things for better business results. Customer Focus The desire to give world class service to customers. Partnership The ability to develop and sustain effective long-term relationships with key stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers, the media. Team Working Being genuinely interested in the success of the whole enterprise, not just one's own area of responsibility. Leadership The ability to articulate and communicate the BELRON/business unit vision and to inspire and motivate others in achieving the vision. Developing Talent Supporting the learning and development of others to meet the needs of BELRON and to further their personal career success. Personal Development One of the main reasons for taking so much time and care over personal development is because people are important to us and because of the impact they have on results. Performance Review We have an annual performance review process where the performance of every BELRON leader (including the CEO) is assessed against leadership competencies. This review process includes 360 degree feedback from colleagues, the person's team and their leader.
